Personal coaching allows you to learn things in a way that is uniquely suited to you.
Working together, we can tailor things to your needs, taking the time to make sure things make sense and work well for you. That way you'll enjoy the process and get the most out of it.
I provide coaching in blocks of 5 sessions. This provides enough structure to learn something meaningful whilst allowing you to take things one step at a time. In each session, you'll explore new ideas and learn new skills. You’ll also have things to do between each session so you can develop these skills.
The cost of 5 sessions is £400.00. And if you’d like to try one session before you commit that’s no problem, you can do that for £80.00.
If you have any questions feel free to send me an email. You can also go ahead and arrange a free, no-pressure conversation to see if this is a good fit for you. No sales pitch, just an open conversation to explore if this is right for you.
Who is this for?
You’re struggling with your moods and emotions - Fear, anger or sadness are affecting your relationships, your work or your sense of simply being ok.
You’re a thoughtful high-achiever - You like to get things done and have ambition and high standards. At the same time overthinking, perfectionism and self-criticism are holding you back.
You’re a bit allergic to words like calm and kindness - I specialise in making mindfulness work for people who cringe at the idea of sitting still and ‘being all Zen’.
You have enough time to carve out 2-hours a week from your schedule - You’ll need 1 hour each week for the coaching call and about 15 minutes a day to practice other things.
Who is this not for?
You prefer to work in a group. Personal coaching is all about offering one-to-one, tailored support. Learning in a group is good too, just different. If you want to learn in a group let me know and I can point you in the right direction.
You’re looking for therapy - Mindfulness coaching is a skills-based approach, it’s not therapy. This works nicely alongside psychotherapy or other mental health services but it doesn’t replace them.
You want a quick fix - Like most things, learning mindfulness takes a bit of time. You can see benefits quite quickly but it takes some time to learn the skills of mindfulness so you can apply them in the reality of your life.
You’re so busy that carving out 2 hours a week for 5 weeks sounds incredibly stressful - You need at least some time and space to learn this stuff. If you have just had a baby, are moving house, have just started a new job or are crazy busy, this may not be the right time to do this. If you’re not sure about this, feel free to schedule a conversation and we can discuss it.
