You learn well in a small groups and like the idea of getting to know the teachers you are working with

A space to be guided in practice and to reflect with others, all supported by experienced teachers.

Guided meditation 20'
Small group reflection 10'
Large group reflection 10'

30 mins, 2 x a week @ 7.30am and 8.00am
Teacher led sessions where you can guide yourself in meditation supported by fellow meditators.
