Remember, the underlying process here is to learn to trust yourself and to find ways of doing things that make sense to you and feel ok.

For today, I encourage you to try something and see how it is for you. Tomorrow you’ll have the chance to reflect on the process. After that you can always return to the things you haven’t tried.

For finding relief with difficult feelings there is one option, doing this whilst sitting still.

Care

For connecting with feelings of care there is one option, doing this whilst sitting still.

Calm

There are four options for calming yourself; lying still, sitting still, lying & moving, standing & moving.

Joy

There are two options for cultivating joy; lying still and sitting still.
